By registering or using the services of MySchoolIndia, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using these services on behalf of a school or institution, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms for the school.

2. User Accounts

Schools, teachers, parents, and students must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree NOT to use MySchoolIndia platform to:

• Upload or share content that is false, offensive, or violates school guidelines.
• Attempt to bypass security systems or run automated vulnerability scans.
• Impersonate other school teachers, administrators, or students.

4. Subscription Fees & Payments

Subscription rates for using MySchoolIndia are determined by agreement with each school. All payments must be made on time to ensure uninterrupted service. Schools are responsible for collectable fee management updates within the ERP.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, compromise software stability, or engage in suspicious activity, without prior notice.
