1. Introduction
Welcome to MySchoolIndia. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users, including school administrators, teachers, parents, and students. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and secure your information when you use our web platform and mobile applications.
2. Data We Collect
To provide a smooth and efficient School ERP experience, we collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Names, Email addresses, Phone numbers, and designations of administrators, teachers, parents, and students for registration and verification.
- Academic & School Data: Student rosters, classes, attendance records, exam marks, and timetable schedules.
- Device Access & Permissions:
• Camera Access: To upload profile pictures or scan/upload homework assignments.
• Files & Storage Access: To upload homework files, download report cards, circulars, and study materials.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is collected strictly to deliver administrative services and educational features:
- To verify user accounts and ensure secure login access.
- To send notifications (such as homework, exam results, fees alerts, and updates) via SMS/WhatsApp or Push alerts.
- To generate dynamic marksheets, automatic exam seating arrangements, and school reports.
4. Third-Party Integrations
We work with trusted third-party services to monitor app stability and notify users:
- Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics: To log technical crashes and improve app experience.
- SMS & Notification Gateways: To securely send OTPs, academic updates, and fee reminders.
5. Data Security
All data exchanged between the user app and our backend is encrypted using secure protocols (HTTPS). Data is safely stored in our databases with industry-standard server firewalls. We do not sell or share personal data to unauthorized third parties.
6. Account & Data Deletion Policy
We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account or any collected personal data, you can do so in two ways:
- In-App Option: Navigate to App Settings > click on "Delete Account".
- Email Request: Send an email to contact@myschoolindia.in from your registered email address.
Upon request validation, your account and associated personal data will be permanently purged from our active databases within 7 working days.

MySchoolIndia में आपका स्वागत है। हम आपकी गोपनीयता (Privacy) का सम्मान करते हैं और स्कूल प्रशासकों, शिक्षकों, अभिभावकों और छात्रों सहित हमारे उपयोगकर्ताओं के व्यक्तिगत डेटा को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। यह गोपनीयता नीति स्पष्ट करती है कि जब आप हमारे वेब और मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग करते हैं, तो हम आपकी जानकारी कैसे एकत्र, उपयोग और सुरक्षित करते हैं।
2. एकत्रित किया जाने वाला डेटा
स्कूल ईआरपी (School ERP) अनुभव को सुचारू और कुशल बनाने के लिए, हम निम्नलिखित डेटा एकत्र करते हैं:
- व्यक्तिगत जानकारी: पंजीकरण और लॉगिन सत्यापन के लिए नाम, ईमेल पता, और फ़ोन नंबर।
- अकादमिक और स्कूल डेटा: छात्र सूची, कक्षाएं, उपस्थिति रिकॉर्ड, परीक्षा अंक और समय-सारणी।
- डिवाइस एक्सेस और अनुमतियां (Permissions):
• कैमरा एक्सेस: प्रोफाइल पिक्चर अपलोड करने या होमवर्क असाइनमेंट स्कैन करने के लिए।
• फाइल और स्टोरेज एक्सेस: होमवर्क फाइलें अपलोड करने, रिपोर्ट कार्ड, स्कूल सर्कुलर और अध्ययन सामग्री डाउनलोड करने के लिए।
3. डेटा का उपयोग
डेटा केवल स्कूल प्रशासनिक सेवाओं और शैक्षणिक सुविधाओं को प्रदान करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है:
- उपयोगकर्ता खातों को सत्यापित करने और सुरक्षित लॉगिन पहुंच सुनिश्चित करने के लिए।
- व्हाट्सएप, एसएमएस या पुश नोटिफिकेशन के माध्यम से होमवर्क, परीक्षा परिणाम, फीस अलर्ट और अपडेट भेजने के लिए।
- मार्क्सशीट तैयार करने, परीक्षा बैठक व्यवस्था (exam seating) और स्कूल रिपोर्ट के लिए।
4. थर्ड-पार्टी सेवाएं
हम स्थिरता और सूचनाएं भेजने के लिए विश्वसनीय थर्ड-पार्टी टूल का उपयोग करते हैं:
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: ऐप क्रैश होने की रिपोर्ट ट्रैक करने और अनुभव बेहतर करने के लिए।
- SMS & Notification Gateways: ओटीपी और फीस अलर्ट सुरक्षित भेजने के लिए।
5. डेटा सुरक्षा
सभी डेटा ट्रांसमिशन सुरक्षित प्रोटोकॉल (HTTPS) के माध्यम से एन्क्रिप्ट किए जाते हैं। डेटा को सुरक्षित सर्वर पर फायरवॉल सुरक्षा के साथ स्टोर किया जाता है। हम किसी अनधिकृत थर्ड-पार्टी के साथ डेटा साझा या बिक्री नहीं करते हैं।
6. खाता और डेटा हटाने की नीति
हम आपके डेटा पर आपके नियंत्रण के अधिकार का सम्मान करते हैं। यदि आप अपना खाता या कोई भी व्यक्तिगत डेटा हटाना चाहते हैं, तो दो विकल्प हैं:
- इन-ऐप विकल्प: ऐप सेटिंग्स में जाएं > "Delete Account" बटन पर क्लिक करें।
- ईमेल अनुरोध: अपने पंजीकृत ईमेल पते से contact@myschoolindia.in पर ईमेल भेजें।
अनुरोध प्राप्त होने के 7 कार्य दिवसों (Working Days) के भीतर आपका डेटा सुरक्षित रूप से सर्वर से हटा दिया जाएगा।
